My 3 Favorite Smoothie Recipes of All Time!

Hey guys! Its Liz and I'm super pumped to tell you about my fave smoothie recipes. I love smoothies because they pack a big punch of vitamins antioxidants and just plain ol awesomeness. They are also perfect for mornings on the go or just when you're in a pinch for time in general.

Here they are!

Avocado Banana Smoothie

Have you ever tried an avocado in you smoothie? Omg its literally life changing! The creaminess from the avocado helps thicken up your smoothie into this smooth filling and creamy goodness. You barely taste it in this recipe! And its so easy!

Ingredients:
5 Ice Cubes
1 Banana
A Big Handful of Spinach
Half an avocado
1 cup of cold Almond Milk or Coconut Milk

Put all ingredients into the blender(I like to put the ice in first) and blend until smooth. Drink and Enjoy!


Peanut Butter And Oats Smoothie

I have a recently developed love of peanut butter. Its so good and I can't believe I've been missing out on this delicacy most of my life. I love it in moderation of course. This smoothie is perfect for before or after a workout because you get some nice healthy fat from the peanut butter combined with some wholesome carbs to refuel after burning tons of calories from a workout!

Ingredients:
5 Ice Cubes
I Banana
1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 Cup Cold Almond or Coconut Milk
Dash of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie! Don’t forget that dash of cinnamon, it is game changing!


Blueberry Kiwi and Kale Smoothie

In this one kiwi is the star. Kiwi is one of this fruits I ate when I was 9 then never ate again until now! Its so good and I'm so sad that I forgot about this magical fruit! This smoothie is great also top offed with some chia seeds!

Ingredients:
5 Ice Cubes
I Banana
1 Kiwi
12 Blueberries
Small Handful of Kale
1 Cup Cold Almond of Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth!
