Peaches and Greens Smoothie
We are in the middle of peach season so grab a few fresh peaches and get your greens in with this summery sweet smoothie recipe!

-1 Cup of Almond or Coconut Milk
-1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Peaches
-1 Big Handful of Spinach
-1 Cup Frozen Pineapples
-1 Tablespoon of flax seeds
-1/2 cup of ice

Pour all ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.

Orange Creamsicle Protein Smoothie
Who doesn’t love the taste of creamy orange popsicle? Well now you can enjoy it guilt free with this yummy recipe!

-1 Cup of almond or coconut milk
-1 Scoop of your favorite brand of vanilla protein
-3 ounces of orange juice concentrate
-1/2 cup of water
-1/2 cup of frozen banana
-dash of honey
-1/2 cup of ice

Pour all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth.

- 1 cup chunks of mango
- 1/2 cup of frozen bananas
- 1 tsp of fresh lime juice

- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
- 1 teaspoon of honey

Puree all ingredients except for the watermelon and our into a glass. Then puree watermelon and pour on top.
